Lyve Cloud Subscriptions

Create a Lyve Cloud subscription

On your Home page, select the + Subscription button in the top right corner of the page, and then select Lyve Cloud from the dropdown menu.

Select a service plan

  1. On the Lyve Cloud Service Plan page, select a plan that meets your cloud storage needs.
  2. Select Next.

Create an Account ID

Your account ID is the root of the subdomain for your Lyve Cloud console. For example, if you specified my-account-1 as your account ID, your subdomain would be:

my-account-1.console.lyvecloud.seagate.com

  1. On the Create your Account ID page, enter a unique account ID.
 
  • Length must be between 3 and 63 characters.
  • Only lowercase characters, numbers, and hyphens allowed.
  • Cannot start or end with a hyphen. Must start and end with either a lowercase character or a number.
  1. (Optional) Enter your purchase order number.
  2. Select Next.

Add console admin details

  1. On the Console Admin Details page, enter the contact information for the user who will be performing operations in the Lyve Cloud console.
  2. Use the Search Address field to search for the end user's company address (United States only).
 Alternatively, you can manually enter an address. Select the end user's country from the dropdown to enable the other address fields. Fill in the remaining address details.
  1. Enter the end user's company name.
  2. Select Next.

Review your subscription

  1. On the Subscription Review page, review your service plan and subscription details.
 If you need to edit your service plan or subscription details, use the Edit icons in the upper right corner of each pane:

  1. Review the cost of your subscription in the Subscription Summary pane on the right side of the screen. If you have a promo code, you can apply it here.
  2. To enable the checkbox under 'Terms & Conditions', select each link to review your agreements.
  3. Select the checkbox, and then select Submit.

View a Lyve Cloud subscription

To view a Lyve Cloud subscription:

  1. On your Home page, select a Lyve Cloud service subscription.

Alternatively, select the More icon in the 'Actions' column, and then select View Subscription.

  1. Review the following information:
Average usage Average of all daily usage averages from the beginning of the month to date, in terabytes (TB)
Plan usage Percentage of plan used
Bucket count Number of buckets
Plan usage Percentage of plan used
Estimated next invoice Estimated cost of next invoice, in $US
Subscription details  
Status
Draft / Processing / Activation / Active / Quote Requested / Canceled / Pending / Pending Acceptance / Suspended
Account ID
User defined ID for the account
Purchase order number
(Optional) For reference
Service type
Lyve Cloud
Rate plan
Selected rate plan
Console URL
URL for your Lyve Cloud console

Cancel a Lyve Cloud subscription

To cancel a Lyve Cloud subscription, contact the Lyve Support Center.

Delete a draft Lyve Mobile subscription

You can delete subscriptions currently in a 'Draft' status.

 The member deleting the draft must have the Create Lyve Mobile Subscriptions permission. See Manage subscription members.

To delete a draft Lyve Cloud subscription:

  1. On the Home page, identify the 'Draft' Lyve Cloud subscription you want to delete.
  2. Select the More icon in the 'Actions' column, and then select Delete Draft.
