Keep Your Data in Good Shape

IronWolf® Health Management 3.0 delivers powerful prevention, intervention, and recovery analysis to help keep your NAS healthy.

Meet the Next Generation of IronWolf Health Management (IHM)

Keep your NAS running at peak performance—IHM 3.0 delivers powerful prevention, intervention, and recovery analysis of IronWolf and IronWolf Pro drives1,2 that can stop external disturbances from affecting system health, proactively advise backing up your data, and provide rescue services should a catastrophic event occur.

Seagate Partners

Seagate® IronWolf and IronWolf Pro drives of all capacities are IHM-enabled. Please refer to each NAS vendor’s website for the most current list of supported models.

Schedule. Review. Track.

IHM is integrated within the NAS OS—it lets you schedule each scan and review the results whenever you want. It also keeps a log to help track3 any trends, keeping you aware of the health of the drive.

In-the-Field Firmware Upgrade

IHM enables the host NAS operating system to perform in-system firmware upgrades to IronWolf® and IronWolf Pro drives.

Advanced Bad-Block Healing

IHM performs data self-tests (DST) using Seagate Clean to automatically repair bad sectors.

Keep an Eye on Your Workload

IronWolf Health Management lets you keep an eye on your workload4 on compatible NAS. With workload charting, you’re able to see the data traffic with your NAS on a day-by-day basis, allowing further peace of mind knowing that IronWolf and IronWolf Pro are built tough enough to handle 24×7, always-on use.
