Seagate Employee Resource Groups
Seagate recognises that Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a major role in advancing an inclusive culture, where all employees feel respected and valued for their unique contributions.
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led communities that provide an opportunity for employees to engage with one another and be heard.
ERGs help build connections and relationships at work.
ERGs provide support and development opportunities for employees.
ERGs help employees cultivate productive relationships and build community.
ERGs give employees the opportunity to engage with leadership.
With 30 chapters of ten different ERGs, across seven countries, with over 3,900 members, the Seagate ERG community has a place for everyone.
