Can I move the LightScribe application to another Mac OS 10.3.x system?

In order to run the application on a new system, you have to install the package provided with the DVD Utilities. The package installs the application and a LightScribe resource library. If you move the application to a new system, the software will start and quit immediately as the library is not found on the system.
