The Seagate 4-bay NAS is powered by Windows Storage Server 2012 Workgroup. To administer the NAS, launch Windows Remote Access from a PC on the network. Among the many management features, you can:

• Launch Seagate System Monitor to monitor the health and status of the NAS
• Allocate the NAS's drives into volumes
• Configure Storage Pools
• Configure RAID
• Set up the network and Ethernet ports
• Create shares for data distribution
• Create users and groups for access rights to data
• Create iSCSI targets
• Check the health of the NAS
