Grace Liu
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Grace Liu is Chief Information Officer at Seagate. Her previous roles at the company include Vice President of IT Strategy and Global Applications, as well as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to joining Seagate, Grace was Chief Information Officer at Katerra, an industry-revolutionizing construction services and technology firm, and was the head of enterprise applications at SanDisk for eight years. From 1995 to 2008, she was a consultant at Accenture, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and IBM Global Business Services, where she specialized in large-scale business transformation programs for Disney, Farmers Insurance, Micron, NEC Electronics, Exxon Mobile, and many others.
Ms. Liu received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China.
