To perform a backup using Samsung Auto Backup, a backup job must be created. Follow the steps below to create a backup using Samsung Drive Manager.
On the Samsung Drive Manager screen:

- Click on Autobackup.
- Click on “Create Backup” on the Samsung Autbackup screen to go to the Create New Job screen.
- Click on [ + ].
- Select the hard disk to save backup files and set the backup options.
- Select the destination drive [Hard Disk to Save the Backed Up Data].
- Enter the preferable job name.
- [Options] offers the ability to encrypt data when it is selected (this function is optional)
- Click [Add] the backup job will start automatically.
- Configure the backup source
- Click on backup and the backup job will start automatically.
