End Users are those that purchase Seagate products for personal use.
They commonly only need to return one drive at a time.
If you haven't already done so, you'll need to sign up for an end user warranty account first.
Partners are those that purchase Seagate products from Distributors or Sub-Distributors and then re-sell them either standalone or integrated with a Partner's solution.
They commonly need to return multiple drives at a time.
Partners must initiate all warranty claims from within Seagate's Partner Program (SPP). To do so, after logging into the SPP portal, visit the Support tab and click on the "CREATE" button under the "Drive Returns" section of the page.
If you haven't already done so, you'll need to sign up for a Partner Program (SPP) account first.
